Simon Smith

Simon is a Chartered Surveyor and is responsible for overseeing all development projects from a commercial perspective, from feasibility stage through to completion.  Simon is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and has over 18 years of experience in the construction industry, the last six with the Nicolas James Group, having successfully provided Project Management, Cost Management and Construction Management Services across a wide spectrum of projects including Hotels, Care Homes and Residential properties.
