In 2015 the Group acquired a prime waterfront 80 bedroom landmark 1850s period building.

Following a £5m refurbishment, extension and rebranding programme the hotel fully opened in August 2016, with the introduction of the Jetty restaurant, HarBAR, bedrooms, function space and HarSPA.
