The village of Upper Froyle, also known as the Village of Saints, lies within the attractive East Hampshire countryside close to the historic town of Farnham. As part of the estate, alongside the Grade II Country Club, are a number of residential properties sitting within the Froyle Conservation Area. These include Froyle Manor House and the former Oast houses have been refurbished to contemporary homes and the Group has retained some within its investment portfolio. In addition, the Group achieved New Build Planning consent which it sold to Linden Homes. The total development value of this scheme was £40m.
