Creating what others didn’t see

Over the last 15 years the Group has accelerated its services in achieving large scale planning across all sectors. The Group has successfully built out villages, apartment blocks and large commercial properties, in fact, around £500m of construction and development.

Rather than through full scale over development of one use class, our preference is mixed uses; creating a blend of high quality finished assets to be subsequently operated by the Group’s operating business.

The business structure is therefore positioned to benefit from providing an exit for an asset in a completed development, by keeping it within the wider Group.

We only plan to build quality, given our longer term interest; we seek to find opportunities and challenges that others do not see or cannot manage for the long term.
