Independent Hotels Following the success of Harbour Hotels, Nicolas James Group now plans to deliver an entirely new five-star resort brand to spectacular stretches of coastline across the UK; taking luxury modern resort lifestyle to the next level.Focusing on a younger professional demographic the new hotel concepts will combine elements of five-star hospitality, spa and wellbeing activities, varied dining and a wide of range of experiences.
Harbour Hotels The Group owns Harbour Hotels; the largest privately owned 4 / 5* hotel group in the UK. The Group also operates Harbour Yachting; a commercial yachting business which owns a number of vessels for charter.
Care The Group owns Care Villages including care homes and assisted living.
Residential The Group holds approximately £50m buy-to-let residential facility and also holds around £50m residential under construction annually. It also holds about £50m of residential property per year and sells sufficient to repay project costs. Our product is of the highest quality and the Group’s holds the highest rents per residential square foot achieved in most locations it has developed.
Investment Nicolas James Group owns hundreds of acres of land in Surrey, Hampshire, Dorset & Devon. The Group is targeting planning consent on over 1,000 acres for residential development.
