In 2015 Harbour Hotels purchased the prominent headquarters of Lloyds Bank on Corn Street and the adjacent former Midland Bank site. Following an extensive refurbishment and innovative development programme, completed in late 2016, Harbour Hotels linked the two buildings to create a distinctive new hotel.

Bristol Harbour Hotel & Spa opened fully in January 2017 featuring 42 bedrooms, Jetty restaurant, The Gold Bar and an indulgent HarSPA, it is rated as bristols top hotel.
