Acquired in 2008, the landmark hotel enjoys panoramic views across one of Cornwall’s most iconic locations, Porthminster Beach.

The land was split and Nicolas James Group built 20 apartments in the grounds, whilst transforming the hotel from a tired three-star property up to four including the addition of a fully featured HarSPA. The hotel boasts the only AA four-star rating in West Cornwall.
