Nicolas James Group plans have been approved to transform Torquay’s iconic marina with the addition of a luxury new hotel, spa and restaurant. 

A crucial boost for Torquay, the hotel will include 60 bedrooms, an indulgent Harbour Spa and the successful Upper Deck Bar & Restaurant concept. Set to feature a number of functions spaces too, the hotel will represent a major milestone in regenerating the marina and world-class waterfront.
